Operation Walk

A team of nurses, surgical technologists, PAs, anesthesiologists, and surgeons from The Center for Joint Replacement at Anne Arundel Medical Center traveled to Cuba with Operation Walk Virginia in October 2022, and performed over 50 joint replacements under-served patients in Cuba who do not have access to these life changing procedures. We also spent time on the trip teaching local health care providers how to care for these patients. For a recap of the trip, please click here. Video of the trip is here.
